    You can try to create a custom.css file at templates/ja_mags/css/ path and put below css styles override into:

    .logo-image {
    margin-left: -130px;
    }

    if it is right, what are the percentages ? of the other rows (.row-fluid .span1, .row-fluid .span3 …)
