June 3, 2014 at 7:13 pm #198459Your site is designed to contain a logo that is horizontal. But I have a logo that is 240 x 128 px. When it replaces the current it distorts the site a bit (see attached image current-demo.png). I would like to move the logo further up (see attached image to-this.png).
Note that the contact details or module position is shifted beside the logo.
Please inform how I can accomplish this.

Yes, but it is much much less difficult to be able to view your site online and address your spacing concerns in a real-time setting rather than try to guess. Is there anyway you can upload your site to your web-host server?

June 3, 2014 at 8:45 pm #537652Sent the details to you via PM. Would like the logo move up with margin at the top of the page. Then the topbar module position move to the right of the logo. Then slideshow and other module positions below would move up, as in image (to-this.png)

June 3, 2014 at 8:50 pm #537654Yes. The logo has been inserted as you see. But I need the logo at the top, then the topbar module position beside the logo.

June 3, 2014 at 9:29 pm #537666My recommendation is clear out trying to add your logo via the admin, and try via the CSS
See this former thread as to how to try to accomplish this —> http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/theme-layout-logo-change/
(although it’s related to a different template, the principles are the same)

June 4, 2014 at 2:29 pm #537776Tried, but that does not work. Instead the position1, 2 & 3 modules area moves up.
