Host Say: Good morning, there are no blocks without server, make a test, I put the IP in the white list of the Firewall, it asks for it to test.

I checked your site, as i understand you would like to remove the padding above and bottom of the logo area.
Open /templates/ja_vintas/css/template.cssFind
#ja-header .main { padding: 10px 0px; }
Replace it with
#ja-header .main { padding: 0px; }
It will look like this : http://prntscr.com/dw5n7j
