I am using light-color theme as the default and already changed the body background color.
How do i change the background color behind all of the main module postions – left, center, right?
(The color is #F2F2F2, it show behind left and right)

You can update color code here accordingly::

.mid .main-inner {color.css (line 258)
background-color: #F2F2F2;
}

Css file reference :: templates/ja_anion/core/themes/light-color/css/color.css

But, this way, You will need to update various graphical files also to make them look nice and adapted with given color

Other way, You can simply, assign other preset profile for all to have specific color changed in template parameters 🙂
