If you look at this site >> http://w-rehab.com/ You can see the main menu is a light blue. I changed all of the image files to be a dark blue as you can see from the corner pieces, but that one area is still the light blue. How do I change that and where do I change it?

look in the template css file for #ja-topnav I believe you need to change the background colour there.
