To change the color of non-active menu items from the current gray to any other color that you want

Open this file
templates>janickel>jamenus>jacssmenu>jacssmenu.css

there around line 80 you will find this

#ja-cssmenu li a {
border-right: 1px solid #666666;
display: block;
text-decoration: none;
font-size: 100%;
color: #999999;
padding: 10px 20px;
text-transform: uppercase;
}

Currently if you see it says : color: #999999;

This you can change to any other color that you want.
