Hello to change the main nav height
add this css code in your custom.css file

Path: template/JaMusic/css/custom.css

@media (max-width: 1368px) and (min-width: 768px)
{ .t3-mainnav {min-height: 70px !important;} }

change the height value as per your need

note: minimum height of the container is 78px
