How do i change the grey background behind the Contact Us… cant find it anywhere, is it in masshead ?

Modify background in .ja-masshead h3 span line 1075 of templates/ja_university/css/template.css file.

Go to Modules Manager > Masshead module where you can find user guide, see configuration…
