It is an Articles Category Modul.
Filtering options>Category …choose one or more.

(if you login at frontend then you do not have to find it – clicking its topright corner takes you directly to its backend settings)

I guess I don’t understand how you change the text still. I must be misunderstanding something. I don’t see where there is a place to change the text
