I would like to make the top menu show a menu other than the main menu. I can’t find anywhere how to do this. Can someone help?

    Thanks,
    Brian

Hi Brian, go to Admin>Menus>Menu manager. You will see a list of all your menus. Get the ‘Type’ for your menu (eg. mainmenu, topmenu, othermenu)

Now go to your templates folder and open params.ini. In this you will see a parameter like menutype=mainmenu

change mainmenu to the ‘type’ of menu you want it to be.

Thanks for the help. But, it’s even simpler than that. I found the answer in the Helio User Guide. Here’s the answer: To configure JA Helio, On Admin panel, choose Extentions >> Template Manager, click on template name , you will see parameters of template. Here you can choose the approriate menu.

    Thanks again,
    Brian
