ehm sorry, but I don’t see the ico after modified the module, I’ve turn off editor, only modified number and mail but I don’t see the ico. Why?

I guess you DIDN’T turn off Editor ( turn off mean use No Editor – not switch editing mode ). That caused html / css be truncated.
Please compare with demo to get complete html code.
