Can someone please help me make JA Sugite template have header similar to JA Nex template?

In other words, I would like to have three rows in header of JA Sugite template:
1. Top row (some short info on the left and Top menu on the right),
2. Logo row (company logo on the left and social icons and search on the right),
3. Main Menu row menu (main menu full width),

Here is the picture of what I would like to achive:

you need to do a lot of customization in the JA sugite. Since it is a major customization, you can find some developers to get this done in joomlancers.com.

Can you please write me a few hints that would help me accomplish this task?
I would appreciate following:
– list of files that should be edited,
– list of skills needed,
– approximate time for this project (for example how long would you need to accomplish this),
– some link to documentation or example of something similar.

Here are my answers

1. you need to edit header.php in template directory
2. create a custom.css file in css folder
3. Need some css skills to get this done.
4. little knowledge in bootstrap responsive css.
5. Timeline depends on the Developer skills.
