I checked your site and saw you have not updated the meta data and still using the sample site metadata.
Kindly open the home menu > options > meta data >change the meta description and keywords with your data. Menu item id-113.
On Google, it take time to crawl the new data.

Go to Menu > top navigation > Magazine > Meta data.
Change it with your metadata or leave it blank to load default metadata.
