Go to root/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_directory.ini
Find below code and change the words

;CONTACT
TPL_CALL_US     ="Call Us"
TPL_MAIL_US     ="Mail Us"
TPL_FAX             ="Fax"
TPL_WEBSITE     ="Website"

The icons are defined in the php file
Go to /templates/ja_directory/html/com_contact/contact/default_address_top.php
find and change the icon

    <i class="fa fa-phone"></i>
