Hi would like the background with to change so its the same width on every screen size, im happy with the content width, but i made a background image for my site but noticed when i view it on my pc then a laptop and i pad then the background image is cut and does not show as the screen size is to small, is it possible to make the same width of the template the same no matter what screen size you use ?

JA Nex template is not responsive design, so you must modify style.
