    Hi

    To check the logo issue I have to check your site because by default demo site has 100% width for the logo and it uses span2 size.
    If you want to increase the size of the logo span you do this from template folder/tpls/blocks/header.php

    make sure the total size of the span will be 12.
    If logo uses span4 then main nav use span8.

    span12 means a full-width logo, Kindly also change the span of main nav > http://prntscr.com/enf45j
    to make it full width.
    N
    And if you want to show both in the same line you have to use total size of both = 12.
    as in my example.
