Hi
You can publish me menu module on your site and then apply the custom style to give it look like in your screenshot .
You can use firebug to check the style code , and then apply it on your menu module using custom.css file .
Or you can publish a custom html module and apply custom style on it .
Here you can see the typography page to use the present typo style in the template
