You can not add position in the article details page (as you mentioned) you can create plugin and run with event onContentBeforeDisplay, onContentAfterTitle, onContentAfterDisplay

It will help you to add into event onContentBeforeDisplay, onContentAfterTitle, onContentAfterDisplay
