you can change in template.css, search those lines

.contentheading {
color:#2C79B3;
font-size:200%;--> change here
line-height:normal;
}

THanks, I also found the lines to change the size of Blog title’s:

table.blog .contentheading {
font-size: 125%;
line-height: normal;

}
