Hi David i spent a lot of time on your issue .
I tried it to solve the issue by by inspect the element . i found that
The issue is comes from the logo height , its 50px now thats the reason the horizontal line comes down .
So if the nav bar is 100% width the logo height will infect it . see the screenshot
