It is always helpfull for you to post how you accomplished your changes for others who may have the same problem.

In this case edit the code found below from css>menu>mega.css line 52ish as required.

.ja-megamenu ul.level1 li.mega a.mega {

color:#77BC2C;
font-size:100%;
text-shadow:none;

}

Make sure you clear all you caches for changes to take effect.
