Are you referring to your main navigation menu items, or the dropdown menu items?

Go to backend of your site -> Extensions-> Template Manager -> open Uber template -> and click Megamenu button and change Submenu Width menu item like my screenshot

I changed the configuration directly from Megamenu of your site and you can see that from: iPhone Repairs, Ipad Repairs menu items
Now, you can see it’s working fine on your site
and apply as same that with other menu items
