    Hi!

    I am new to Joomlart. I saw the Mixmaz template and fell in love with it.
    Currently installed it on http://madonna.nl.testbyte.nl/ and trying to adjust the colours.

    I have adjusted the templace.css file so the backgroundcolour begind HEADLINES is changed to my own color blue.
    It is changed on ALL pages (see example http://madonna.nl.testbyte.nl/index.php/typography) but not on the homepage.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

    Have you already made the fix ? If I check the url I can see the blue bg in ja-tophead on all pages.

    If you haven’t changed anything then I think you will find it will just be a cache issue. Click JAT3 Clear Cache in admin and clear browser cache. Enable development mode in the template setting in template manager if you haven’t already.

    Hello gjhvs,

    I have checked and could not see any issue as reported. The blue background color is the same on all pages, include home page. Please re-check and confirm the same.

    Regards.

    I got it working, I clicked JAT3 Clear Cache 🙂
    Thanks for the replys.

    You will probabyly find me here more often as I am trying to make this madonna.nl.testbyte.nl more in style with http://www.madonna.nl.
    Not exactly the same ofcourse but re-designed Mixmaz for my Madonna fanclub site 🙂

    Don’t know what I’m doing wrong or how i fixed it earlier.
    But having again some problem with a fix I see on all pages, except Home.

    Here’s home http://www.madonna.nl.testbyte.nl/
    And here’s a page with the fix > http://www.madonna.nl.testbyte.nl/index.php/typography

    On home I am missing the background picture… :((

    Hi gjhvs again,

    Please go to file: /templates/ja_mixmaz/css/template.css, there will be CSS code like this:

    body#bd {
    background: url("/templates/ja_mixmaz/css/") repeat scroll left top #141414
    color: #333333
    line-height: 1.7;
    }

    change it to:

    body#bd {
    background: url("images/backgrounds/girl-gone-wild.jpg") repeat scroll left top #141414
    color: #333333
    line-height: 1.7;
    }

    Once done, clean JAT3 cache and refresh your site.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I did forget to mention one thing (oops, sorry!): the backgroud image on all other pages comes from a module called Supersized 3 Background Slideshow PRO.
    I have included the module on all pages (topnav) > and it shows, but only not on home…

    I found it!
    Supersized 3 Background Slideshow PRO was working not OK with the module where Joomlart had put in Photo gallerys.
    tried everything module off, refresh home, and then i found it.

    Thanks everyone for helping! Glad I found it myself!
