Could you please config the module as below
Group By Sub-category: Yes
Sub Columns: 3
Columns : 1

If this config doesn’t help, you can PM me admin login info of your site, I will have a look at this.

it does not work, every time i change the settings as you suggested, and save it. next time, when i check it again, it just back to the old setting. cannot change. also the buttom ys and no should be in color red and green, but i cannt see color buttons here. how shall i send you my id and pswrd? email?

Hi Sunny,

It seems that you had problems with cache. You can try to clean JAT3 cache and browser cache for this such issue
