Where do I change the default background color for my articles?

I found the answer.

The background color on the articles is controled by a graphic not the CSS settings. You have to change the color of the following graphics:

opal3/templates/ja_opal/images/blue/cc-bg.gif

opal3/templates/ja_opal/images/blue/cc-bg2.gif
