Hi,
You open file css/template.css
Add this code to change font color for menu:

.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega a.mega {
color: #111111 !important;
}
Add this code to change title color:

a.ja-mass-top-banner {
color: #111111 !important;
}

Change #111111 by your own color code.
