I don’t want any comments on my K2 items. Each time I create an item I change the item display properties to Hide for Comments. Is there a way to Change default global settings on K2 Items where I could make it Hide instead of its current setting of show for item comments?

You can disable comments from K2 global parameters settings – comments tab
