Here is the documentation to embed new font in the template .
After adding this add below code in custom.css file to change the font family

body {font-family : YOUR FONT FAMILY ;}

sorry again but i can ‘t find the custom.css file in the template, do i have to create it via FTP? if so do i have to upload it to

/www/templates/ja_magz/css

Hi
Kindly create custom.css file in /css folder manually if its not present .
You can do this from Joomla admin panel or upload it via FTP .
