Does anyone know what image I need to change to get same colour with header-bg.jpg ?

How you can see I change header with my own image but now in each side of the header are grey box . Where they are in images folder , what are their name ?

I changed background colour. Now I need to make good logo and fill site with content.
One more question if someone can help.
How I can remove section blog from my joomla ??
For example, I write content, asign him to FAQ menu, in faq pages I have published only 2 right column ( both are menu ) and when I come to faq articles via faq menu everything is fine , there are article/main body and 2 menu modules at the left side. But when I click on same articles via : Latest news I come to same faq article but with all modules published on the left side.
