How (where) do I change the pathway text “Home”? I’ve been looking like crazy for this but cannot find the place where to change it.

Go to the admin panel>Extensions manager>Module Manager and find the module called mod_breadcrumbs( Breadcrumbs), there you can change the Home to what you want.
