    Hi All,

i’ve a questions according the main menu (megamenu) on the front page. On my start page I have three items in the main menu, I will call them Portal 1, Portal 2, Portal 3.

If I click on the Portal 1 i will get to a community page and I wish to change the item from Portal 1… to Portal 3 to another description (for example Portal 1 = Member, Portal 2 = Guest…)

It is possible to change the description (and of course the target if i klick) of a main menu by page to page?

I hope, you will understand this question!

    Regards,

    Hello ,

I think for this : You can create a new group menu called “fronpage-menu”, and then you create three menu items with the name as you want, and All theirs menu type are the External Link mode and add your link in the Link parameter of menu.

Then you create a main menu module and choose this group menu to show.

    Thank you very much, tienhc.

Im sorry but I think I dont understand your answer. Is the “frontpage-menu” the positon of the menu? Sorry, why I should use external links and what do you mean with link in the parameter and what is the module position of the menu? the mainmenu position doesnt exist…

Can you give me a screenshot please?

    Thank you in advance!

Perhaps I should define my project a little bit more before I steal your time

I will use the community template as entry page on my portal which is divided in three parts : Part A | Part B | Part C (which you can reach only over the mainmenu)

Part A is planned as Community Portal Of My Hometown and should be displayed in blue/red design of the template. The mainmenu navigation should have more and other items than the mainmenu at the enter page (index.php)

Part B is planned as Business Portal Of My Hometown and should display in the new lightblue/white design of the template. Of course the mainmenu should have other items than the mainmenu at the enterpage and the communityportal page.

It is possible to use the Community-Template with

    a) different color themes on the the sections
    b) different mainmenu items

This is very important for my planned project.

Thank you very much in advance

    Kind regards,

    TAFKAP
