Hi,

Can I change the member login that drops down on top of the Teline III homepage to be able to logon to WHMCS login page intead?

You have WHMCS installed on the same server (domain)?
In any case you have to have a bridge from Joomla to WHMCS, if you want to pass data from Joomla to WHMCS (see this topic).

As another option, instead of login module, just place a link to WHMCS login page.

Still, I found some Joomla extensions which could be usefull for you.
One of them is called JWHMCSLogin 😉
