How and where can I change the colored line directly underneath the menu as well as the menu item names? I want to change it to gray. Thanks!

Please open templates/ja_zinc/css/template.css file,at about line 809, find following code section:

#ja-mainnavwrap {
background: #181818;
border-bottom: 5px solid #9A4600;
}


here you change border-bottom attribute to your idea.
