hi there

We are migrating from one host to another. We are using the Akeeba to do this and managed to restore into a new environment. However when we hit the homepage, we got the following INFINITE LOOP and we’ve managed to get the detail of it below.

Looking at the error below, it seems the MySQL environment issue, is this right?

“You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use …”

The error code below is only some first proportion due the the complete error has 100,000 characters and can’t feed into this thread. They are both version 5 but the new environment has slightly different.

May i have access to cpanel of your old hosting ? Or do you have anyelse copy of your site ?
In another case, you can give me your current akeeba backup than i can help you to restore it into your new server.

Thanks again for this. The new environment is a virtual dedicated server. We are moving to a new one due to the current one is really slow – 25 visits only and couldn’t handle this application. The current one is a shared environment.

Please go ahead to restore it into a new environment. You can delete all web files as well as the database.
