    Which URL though? The new one is: http://new.jempol.com.au ? Still the same have a blank page ?!?! Am i looking the wrong one?

    As i can see your new hosting pointed w/ domain http://jempol.com.au not http://new.jempol.com.au
    Maybe you also need update your domain record to this new hosting too 🙂

    Hi Viet

    if you ping the jempol.com.au and http://www.jempol.com.au, they are pointing the same IP address. We haven’t changed the A record for this yet, however we are pointing to new.jempol.com.au to new environment.

    I think what you see on jempol.com.au is actually in fact it’s http://www.jempol.com.au

    New site:
    URL: https://118.139.178.204:8443

    And as i saw on this server it’s jempol.com.au
    In my local i’ve patched into hosts to apply IP.

    Uhm little confuse w/ your hosting at moment 😉

    Hi Viet

    The new environment is pointing to http://new.jempol.com.au (or http://118.139.178.204). As you can see, it’s a white page but if you set to debug in the config file you will see what happening.

    That’s ok as long it works for testing purpose. Once it’s working then I can restore recent backup. I will PM you again about the current site (old host).

    You have a small trouble that have not created sub domain in your Plesk.
    I’ve tried but still have trouble troubles. Would you mind ask your hosting provider to do that ? ( create a sub domain ).
    And that’s why you have blank page because hosting have no domain configured 😉
