i have waited you today for ftp access but until im of computer still have no ftp.
at moment everything installed and working well in my localhost.
just wait for ftp than i can restore it on your server.

I’m still on your issue whole this morning :|.
Plesk Panel is not too much good as far i used . Beside permission issues we have some else troubles.
I’m trying to find out it. But as personal, if still have time for changing, i pref you try to take another hosting w/ CPanel .

There are could be something else beside permission issue.
Would you mind to work w/ your hosting provider to find out this trouble ? Btw for future i suggest you try w/ another provider.

The trouble is due to it’s a virtual dedicated server, the hosting provider is not helping much 🙁 Thanks you for helping this. BTW … I will wipe this configuration on this environment … I will try once more 🙁

Anyway … do you have any recommendation for hosting big site like this (shared environment or virtual dedicated server) ? The good one but no so expensive obviously 🙂

hi,
how many visitors you have for a month?
ram is not always the most important.
as personal, i can try to help you to optimize server / website when it come online in new server.
