I know how to change the order that a new menu button appears in a menu but how do you make it so when you add a new menu item, it automatically positions itself in the top position of a menu instead of at the bottom. I get tired of having to hit the up arrow a dozen times to get the new menu item at the top of the menu module. See http://74.220.215.245/~agcetnor to see what I’m talking about. The “hot topics” module on the right. When I create a new menu item, it automatically places it at the bottom of the line. Then, I have to manually move it to the top. Is there a setting somewhere that I can change that will put new menu items at the top automatically? Thanks in advance.

I am not aware of a universal Joomla setting, you might want to post the question on Joomla.org, but what I can suggest is typing the position number in the little box, e.g. 0, 1, 2 and click the little save button up top., that will save you from clicking the up arrow a million time.
