Where is this done? I see that that the t3_assets css files are created dynamically, so there’s no point in changing them.

Modifying the code in templates/ja_t3_blank_template.css affects only the content, so where do I change the overall default for the website?…

Note: I can not use Google fonts, since I’m using Hebrew fonts, which are not supported.

you can check this folder for the other css plugins/system/jat3/base-themes/default/css/
