I would like to

1) change the default color of the light shade of grey in the right module position to black

2) change the menu titles to all pink (fuscia) as well

For the headings, look here /templates/ja_methys/css/template.css

div.ja-moduletable h3, div.moduletable h3
And here

div.ja-moduletable h3 span, div.moduletable h3 span
For the background, you can try here /templates/ja_methys/css/template.css

#ja-container
But it’s probably the page background you will need to change.
