Hi there,

I installed the Fixel template and the first thing I wanted to do is changing it to “ja_fixel – Home Light”. When selecting it in the template manager, it works for some pages, however not for the home page, J! pages and the Shop. Those still use the default template with the black background.

Can someone tell me how to change those pages also to “home light”?

Hi

That pages are assigned to some other layout probably

For example go to the main menu and check for the Home item look at the Template Style setting and verify to which layout is assigned it

That works perfectly.

Can you tell me how I can change the address of the map on the contact page? Currently it is set at New York.

Text showed at the bottom is the copyright text – your actual membership doesn’t allow to remove the text so you will need to upgrade to the Ja_Developer membership or purchase the Add on copyright removal

JATC Standard / Personal members need to purchase copyright removal to change the footer notice but cannot rebrand the product / file info, whereas, Developer members are free to remove copyright or rebrand the products.
With Copyright removal you can remove our footer “Designed by JoomlArt.com” and changed it to “Designed/Powered by YourCompany”.
The Copyright Removal fee structure is as follows:
Copyright Removal for 01 domain: USD40
Copyright Removal for 02 domain: USD70
Copyright Removal for 03 domain: USD90

Another question popped up.

When having the articles on the home page, I want to refer to another page instead of a new window opening.

So when I click on the second tyle in the demo (Shakira and Adam Levine… article), I want to go straight to the shop.

How can this be done? I tried it with “images and links” and Link A, Link B, Link C. This did not work unfortunately.

In homepage, when you click image of an article item, it should direct to article page. If you want to direct to a specific page, you need to customize com_content. So that, in this case, you can consider to create a module which contains image and you can add link to this image.

Can you tell me how to do it with the current com_content?

It does not matter when all the articles would link to that specific page.since I have only one product to sell. For that I need only one link of the articles to the shop.

Would be great if you could help me out!
