    Hi There, Hoping someone might be able to help me with this one.

    I am new to Joomlart templates, and they are a little more complicated (but much nicer) than others I have used in the past, but I am having some troubles working things out because of it :-[

    Unfortunately I don’t currently have the site live to give a link, so I can only try and describe what I am trying to do.

    I am trying to change the styling of mod positions – user6 thru 10, to look the same as the modules in the right and left column positions, including the ability to have the ‘menu’ list styling.

    I have managed to find and change the JAxhtml to JArounded in the file botsl.php, so I can get the rounded corner surround and _hlite to work, and I am sure I can work out how to get rid of the overall box ( I have not tried yet but ) however if I publish a menu to one of these positions after I have changed it to JArounded, I can’t get the list styling to replicate the list styling of the left and right column positions… which I need to do.

    I have tried adding menu class suffix’s but all I can get is a standard bulleted list rather than the actual menu styling.

    I have tried looking and playing with things in firebug, but just can’t work out exactly what class or id is the parent style of the L/R columns that is controlling ‘menu’ class styling, and what class/id to add it to for to get the correct menu styling on these positions.

    I am sure I could keep hacking away and make a real mess of it, but If anyone can give me any suggestions, pointers etc, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks in advance.

    ==== UPDATE =====

    Well, isn’t it funny how as soon as you ask the question, you find the answer yourself 🙂

    For anyone else who finds this post – The parent id for the list styling of the right and left column is #ja-container …. If you copy the #ja-container list/menu styling and change all the #ja-container’s to #ja-botsl .. the you get the standard menu styling on the bottom spotlight positions ( User 6 – 10 ) I guess the same would apply to top spotlight positions as well..

    I still have some work to do to get everything working the way I want it, but thats one problem solved.

    Anyway, thanks to anyone who read the post, and hope if comes up in a search and helps someone else 🙂
