Dear All,
This is my first trial with JA Teline – THX for this beautiful template !
I need to change the name of the link “Member Area” because it is not useable for me. Unfortunatly, i didn’t find the attribute after a seach in the template files :confused:
Could you save me ? it is urgent

April 25, 2007 at 8:26 am #218902Hi Wadzaloo,
You can change it in the index.php. Search for this code:
</div><span id="ja-hp-switch">Member Area</span>
</div>
</div>
Kind Regards,

April 25, 2007 at 8:28 am #218903Please note that this will not work for multilanguage sites with Joomfish. ( as this is not changed through JoomFish ) Just a heads up…
April 25, 2007 at 8:56 am #218904Hi, I was also wondering the same.
Just wondering if I want to remove the Member area altogether, will removing the above code be sufficient or should I also remove other code for the ‘hidden member area panel’?
I guess what I asking is if I remove the above code, and so the link to reveal the member area, will it remain hidden to all visitors, no matter what browser they use? Obviously I just dont want it showing.
Thanks
PS – wadzaloo, I think your site looks really good!

April 25, 2007 at 9:13 am #218905In your template file you can choose to hide all these functions? Or am I mistaken? Show no tools option.

April 25, 2007 at 9:18 am #218906The code shown is only to show where to change the caption.
To completely delete the area search for this code and delete it:
<div id="ja-hpwrap">
<div id="ja-hp">
<?php if (mosCountModules('ja-hpanel')) { ?>
<div class="ja-hpmodule">
<?php mosLoadModules('ja-hpanel',-1); ?>
</div>
<?php } ?>
<?php if ($ja_tool) { ?>
<div id="ja-usertools">
<?php genToolMenu($ja_tool); ?>
</div><div class="clr"></div>
<?php } ?>
</div>
</div>
And this code too:
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo $ja_template_path;?>/scripts/ja.hiddenpanel.js"></script>
Kind Regards,

Hey Wadzaloo,I love your site. Keep up the good work. I’m a francophone myself and I will be using JA Teline to redesign one of my newsportal ( http://lale-online.com). I will definitely make life much easier for me. I’m really in love with JA Teline. It’s the best Joomla template I’ve found out there so far. I’m still digging into it and enjoying every single bit of it.
Big up to everybody for the great work!
Peace y’all –

April 28, 2007 at 5:46 pm #219061Hi Wadzaloo
like your site, very nice. I have one question, since I am always curious to learn .. How did you the part containing in alphabetic order the artists- very nice. Did you have to do this manually or is there an automated thing out there….

Zorcolino, i’ve found a free module (by Phlooid) named mod_tagcloud : here is d/l adress – don’hesitate to contact me by mail if you want further informations or tips
The artist list is now on a specific page
My dream is now to remove the field “date” and to replace by a menu – see this thread

June 2, 2007 at 12:33 am #221354I’d really like to be able to replace the “Member Area” and the “Search” box code with the Community Builder login code. Seems like a perfect place for login and user welcome message.
