I am having issues with changing a thread that I created to solved, in progress or something else.

Right now, there is one thread at Wistry, where it was marked ‘solved’ by moderator, however it isn’t and posted again and tried to chnage it back to in progress, but it didn’t show and still says ‘solved’.

because of that responses to my request are getting delayed.

moderators/JA team, please look into the issue.

The SOLVED status can only set by admin or mod, you can PM the mod who is following up your issue to get his attention. Please CC me the URL to see if I can do something

I have responded to you PM and changed the status of that, please remember we are not here 24/7 to provide support, I live in Australia, you maybe america, Hung in vietnam massive time differences, just be patient, OK

Allow 12 – 24 hrs for some requests

Hello Shannon,
I am well aware of the time differences and residence of people. I just posted to find out if there was a bug or something in the forum as there were no indications after the user changes the status, it will be moderated and approved for change. Atleast a message or something could have popped up saying that. I didn’t check rules or faq yet.

hope I made my intention clear now and avoid being mistaken further.

Well, I’ll have a chat to the moderation team and maybe what we’ll do is get the moderator whom marks it as solved to post a new reply saying so, therefore we can keep track of who does it. In any case if you need it unmarked you can send me a message and I’ll only be too happy to do that for you.
