    Hello

    I did the backup ,could you help me and try to update all …because i am getting the following
    when i press UPGRADE NOW …
    Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Wrong username and password. Login failed! Please try again
    Upgrade failure

    Hi
    Go to JA Extension manager > Service Manager > Joomlart updates > Edit and add your current JA Account username and password then save it .
    If you are getting the same error on save , Kindly try to reset the passwords on forum and then add new Account user/pass in JA Extension manager component.
