i checked both the pages and both are same , there is no gap .

Go to "/acm/news-featured/tmpl/event-slider.php" in template "ja_charity".
find this code
$max_length = 80;
replace it with

                              $max_length = 100;

save and check .

Still having considerable problems with this site, the event slider seems very "delicate" and acts up all the time, please have a look at the screenshot included.
