Hi,

Can someone please tell me where in this template Can I change the charset?

If I change it to rhuk_solarflare_ii the charset is working OK.

I think you can add those lines:
$iso = explode( '=', _ISO );

echo '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="'. $iso[1] .'"?' .'>';
After line :

defined( '_VALID_MOS' ) or die( 'Restricted access' );
in index.php file (templates/ja_fedora/index.php)
