hi,
I am using Ja-hotel template with the solidres package. I have encountered several issues while using SOLIDRES.
Following is the coversation happened with Solidres Support Team.

Thanks for quick replay on previous queries.
I am going through a lot of issues after another.
Now I can only either click on check in date or check out date.
Please look into the matter.
I addition to the above situation, what I notice is that reservation happens for only one night if I choose the check-in date first.

Hi,

Please change your template from JA Hotel to the default Joomla template (Protostar) and check again. If this issue does not happen with Protostar, you need to contact your template developer to request their support.
Could you also clone your website to a folder so that we can test it, it is needed because we want to make sure your live site is safe while we are doing some tests to find the root cause of this issue for you.

username : administrator
password : PassWord@2015

ftp details :
hostname : sitspl.com

Could you please check a few very common features to see if it is working fine.

This is an issue with your template, please contact your template provider for more details because they know their template better than us.

Thanks for the replay.
I am using Solidres component to manage a hotel. this component comes with several plugins to manage a hotel.
one of the plugin is to manage tariff. this package allow to define different type of packages or set of days to be offered for the stay.
now if we set the min. stay to one night than check in date and check out date will behave differently. it only allows to click on either check in date or check out date. once we click on one of it other is disabled. and we can’t use other button to choose a desired date.
besides this there is a module to check the availability of the rooms.
this module also does’t work as it should be. or as it works in protostar template.
right now the default template is protostar and it is working absolutely fine. If we change it to jahotel, than it will not.
to see this you can also check it by using booking option.
