Hi All
I know some others have had this same problem, but most of the time, someone just fixed but didnt explain how it was fixed. Can someone please help me.
Here are my settings at Virtuemart > Configuration > Security
Site URL: http://www.backpainsupport.com.au/
SECUREURL: http://www.backpainsupport.com.au/Is this correct?
Thanks
Cusack

February 4, 2011 at 12:29 pm #375108When SEF is turned off, it works. seems to be a conflict with SEF on JA Rasite
May 27, 2011 at 5:23 am #393108hello,
i have this issue aswell on ja messollite 2 and virtuemart..
whenever i click on checkout bottun it redirect me to a wrong page..
basically when i put my site without www.
it redirect me to my site including www. and it tells me that the cart is empty…i tried so hard and i also tried to reload my theme..after reloading the entire process now it works fine in IE
but in firefox-google chrome-safari it still give me the same thing..any clue?
August 22, 2012 at 10:08 am #464965Basically, it might have something to do with the domain. Most browsers see http://www.domain.com and http://domain.com as different URLs, so then when you enter the address without WWW, it sees it as a new URL.
But maybe the mistake is smowhere deeper. try checking your store for mistakes, I do sometimes. This article can be helpful : http://www.articlesbase.com/ecommerce-articles/how-to-keep-your-virtuemart-store-profitable-6080135.html -
