Hi
Go to Language manager > Overrides > Create new override with
Constant COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_SELECTED_SHIPMENT_SELECT
The change the text As per needs Like here > http://prntscr.com/aig2k9
You can search and override any language string from this feature in Joomla .
