The child menus in the main nav is not adopting the templates formatting and I have selected “megmenu” in the template settings.
the site is on my development url and if you have hoover over “about Us” or “Funding Options” you will see.
Its a new j3 install with muzic template and only three modules installed.
Have i overlooked something?

December 12, 2013 at 5:36 pm #515249When you installed your template, did you do so utilizing the quickstart + sample data installation process?

December 12, 2013 at 5:41 pm #515251No it wasn’t a quick start install, it was a clean j3 install and then installed the template

Well, perhaps you might consider backing up the content you’ve created thus far and starting over with a clean install – this time utilizing the quickstart + sample date install process as your starting point.
Otherwise, you’re going to need to examine the styling for the megamenu from the demo (or from the quickstart/sample data files) and then try to reproduce the styling within your own template.
I would seem to me that the former would take a whole lot less time and effort than the latter and save a lot of headaches along the way.

December 13, 2013 at 7:17 pm #515401Hmmm, not sure what is going on with the “test link” dropdown under the “News” menu item …. especially considering the dropdown for “J-Pages” seems to be functioning/displaying properly.
The CSS controlling the styling for the drop down seems to be controlled (in part) by the following rule:
.navbar .nav > li > .dropdown-menu:before {
border-bottom: 7px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);
border-left: 7px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
border-right: 7px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
content: "";
display: inline-block;
left: 9px;
position: absolute;
top: -7px;
}Perhaps if you tried adding some additional test items and sub-items – to see if that results in proper display (??)
